Only recently have I discovered my love for capturing the colors, textures, and sometimes painstaking details of different foods painted in still life or trompe l’oeil style. From arranging the composition of items for the initial photograph to putting in the shadows that make them jump off the page, the process of creating these is the perfect playful challenge.
